My Therapeutic style:

My therapeutic approach is supportive, client-centered, and non-judgmental. I believe in the importance of collaboration to establish and work toward goal attainment. I utilize a blended theoretical approach that incorporates elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I offer personalized treatment that is tailored to each client’s individual and unique needs. I’m invested in helping Black and Latinx adults work through various life narratives.

I work to help you identify your strengths and your successes in addition to identifying areas of growth. I provide a safe space for people who are experiencing life challenges and those who are new to therapy. I'll help you work through anxiety, depression, grief/loss, disordered eating, family/relationship issues, self doubt, boundary setting, work related stress and life transitions such as being new to the Los Angeles area or struggling to find a career path.

I'm here to help you reach your goals and help you grow out of your comfort zone.
